    What’s our sample policy?
    A

    We provide free standard samples for product testing and evaluation - just cover the shipping cost. For customized samples (e.g., private label, special shapes, packaging), we may charge a small sample fee that can be refunded upon formal order. Feel free to contact us and tell us what you need - we’re always happy to assist.

    What’s the estimated delivery time?
    A

    For as small amount of standard (uncustomized) products, we ship them within 48h upon receiving the order. For customized product or big orders, the sampling and production time vary based on the specific customization details and the quantity ordered. Our sales representative will always keep you updated about the progress. Please let us know if you would like us to prioritize the order.

    Our delivery partners include DHL, SF, EMS, Fedex, and so on, from which we will choose the one that provides the best service to your country. It usually takes 10-15 work days for the package to be delivered to you, but it could also take a few more days due to customs clearance.

    What’s the ordering process ?
    A

    Below are the processes for ordering non-standard products:

    1. Inquiry & Quotation – Send us your product needs (specs, quantity, packaging, etc.)
    2. Sample Confirmation – We’ll send free or custom samples for testing
    3. Order Agreement – We confirm pricing, lead time, payment terms, and delivery method
    4. Production – Manufacturing begins after order confirmation and deposit (if applicable)
    5. Inspection & Shipping – Products are inspected, packed, and shipped with tracking and documentation
    6. After-Sales Support – We're available for answer any questions you have on the products, orders, reorders, support, and any questions post-delivery

    What’s the sanitization condition of the products?
    A

    At STIC, product cleanliness and safety are essential — especially for medical and skin-contact applications. We use different sanitation methods depending on the product type:

    - For Medical-Use Products:

    We perform EO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilization, a widely recognized and effective method for eliminating bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms — without damaging the product. EO sterilization is suitable for our silicone wound dressings, tapes, and other items that require a sterile finish before use.

    - For Non-Medical Products (e.g. cosmetic, sports use):

    While sterilization may not be required, these products are still produced and packaged in our Class 100,000 GMP-certified cleanroom, which controls dust, microbes, and airborne particles — ensuring they remain hygienic, safe, and clean during production.

    - Optional Sterilization or Custom Packaging:

    If your project or market requires additional sterilization, custom sterilization services can be arranged based on your needs.

    - Full-Process Quality Inspection

    Our QC workflow covers:

    - Raw Material Testing (purity, safety, consistency)

    - In-Process Monitoring (adhesive strength, dimensions, cleanliness)

    - Final Product Inspection (appearance, functionality, packaging)

    Every batch is produced according to strict documentation protocols, and our products undergo biocompatibility, cytotoxicity, allergen, and irritation testing as required.

    To ensure product safety and performance, our silicone medical products undergo comprehensive biocompatibility testing, such as:

    - Cytotoxicity Assay

    - Allergen-Specific IgE Test

    - Skin irritation and sensitivity tests

    If there are additional certifications or qualifications that we need to comply with in order to serve your clients or customers, please let us know, and we are always happy to work on it.

    What’s our production capacity?
    A

    We pride ourselves on our remarkable production capacity. With an annual output of over 6 millions sqm of silicone sheets, and an impressive production scale, we lead the industry in both speed and quality.

    Our efficiency is also unmatched, and all of our standard products can be shipped within 48h after ordering. We are also well capable of fulfilling large OEM/ODM orders with rapid turnaround times while maintaining exceptional product quality.

    What’s our payment terms & methods?
    A

    1、Standard Payment Schedule (Bulk Orders)

    • Deposit:30% of Total Value is required as a down payment to initiate mass production.
    • Balance:70% of Total Value is payable upon completion of production, prior to shipment (or against the presentation of the Bill of Lading, depending on the agreed Incoterms).
    • Production Lead Time:Calculated from the date the 30% deposit is cleared in our bank account.

    2、Accepted Payment Methods

    • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer):Our preferred method for all international B2B transactions.
    • Samples & Trial Orders:Samples are usually free, but the shipping fee needs to be covered by our buyers. The shipping fee and trial order purchase should be paid100% in advance via Wise, Alipay, or Western Union.
