Velcro-Lock Stabilization Device (Square) combines a broad adhesive base with a heavy-duty Velcro strap to provide maximum-surface anchoring for catheters and tubing in high-movement or long-term care applications.

The square footprint delivers a larger adhesive contact area than conventional securement devices, distributing catheter tension across a wider skin surface to resist multi-directional pulling. This makes it particularly suitable for Foley catheters, drainage tubes, and PICC lines in active or less-compliant patients.

The Velcro lock mechanism allows the strap to be opened and reclosed repeatedly without losing grip, supporting tube adjustment and cleaning without full device replacement. Medical-grade silicone adhesive on the skin-contact layer enables clean removal that minimizes MARSI risk.

Reinforced corner construction helps prevent edge-rolling and extends effective wear time per unit, reducing total replacement frequency.
