Square Silicone Foam Dressing

Square Silicone Foam Dressing is a multi-layer absorbent wound dressing combining a high-density polyurethane foam core with a soft silicone wound-contact layer for effective exudate management and atraumatic care.

The foam core absorbs exudate vertically to prevent lateral spreading and reduce periwound maceration, while the semi-permeable backing film allows excess moisture vapor to evaporate and maintains a waterproof outer barrier for patient hygiene during daily activity.

The silicone contact layer adheres gently to intact periwound skin without bonding to the moist wound bed, enabling pain-free dressing changes and undisturbed healing. The dressing can be partially lifted to inspect the wound and re-secured without full replacement.

The multi-layer construction provides a cushioning effect that assists in pressure redistribution — supporting prevention and management of pressure injuries on flat anatomical surfaces.

Suited for moderate to highly exuding wounds, surgical wound care, pressure ulcer management, and long-term care settings. Sterile and non-sterile formats available with OEM and private-label options.
